Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

It is our wish for you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our products are built to last for years to come.

Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground. Because we are a small company, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. Returns make take 5-7 business days to be processed once approved. We can authorize a return to the original method of payment, or exchange for an item if there is something else available in stock you wish for. Please e-mail the studio within 10 days of delivery of package to receive a return authorization. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to JESSE KAMM within 7 days of authorization. All returned and exchanged products must be in unworn and unused condition with all original tags attached. We do not provide return shipping labels, and customers are responsible for any return and exchange shipping costs. Your parcel will not be processed if it is sent back prior to receiving a return authorization, and/or is received and lacks the information noted. We are not responsible for delays caused by this. We do not accept returns from external retail partners.

International Orders

DHL is available for International shipments. JESSE KAMM is not responsible for any further import duties or taxes that may be applied to your package upon entering the destination country, nor for any delays that may occur while passing through customs. If you would like to exchange an item, we require you to place a new order for that piece, and return the original order to our studio for a refund.

Final Sale

All on sale and sample sale purchases are final sale. No exceptions. During sale, we will not make any modifications to your order. If you request a cancellation, the entire order will be canceled, through we cannot guarantee those items will be in stock when you return to purchase.

We are a small team–please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship during this time, shipments cannot be combined. Thank you, JESSE KAMM loves you!
